Stephanie Packham

I have the privilege of working with ambitious and driven veterinary practice owners, and I
genuinely love what I do! My journey began in the world of tax accounting, first with KPMG, and
later with my own tax and accounting firm where I discovered my passion for the veterinary
industry.
As an entrepreneur, I developed a keen understanding of the unique challenges that come with running a business, and the importance of authenticity and trust in business relationships. This
foundation drives my commitment to provide value to clients and follow through on promises. At
VAS, I am fortunate to work alongside an incredible team dedicated to helping our clients thrive.
I view our work as “a people business dressed in numbers,” focusing not only on accurate
accounting but also on building strong relationships.
I am passionate about empowering veterinary practices with real-time financial insights, guiding
them through industry trends, and fostering a culture of support and collaboration. Cultivating a
supportive and united atmosphere for my team has been a personal priority. While we focus on
meaningful work, I firmly believe that enjoying the journey is equally important.
On a personal note, I earned my degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1988
while also competing as a sprinter on the track and field team. Fun fact: the 400-meter sprint is
not for the faint of heart! My family includes my husband Trent, our four children, nine grandchildren that can do no wrong, two grand dogs, and our yellow Labrador, Indie. I love spending time with my family, bike riding, playing pickleball, going for walks, and serving in my
church.
